1.0 DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Based on the inquiry, done with the pupils, teachers and parents, we have noticed that the main changes should take part in :

1.1 COMMON GOAL:

promotion of activities which are not part of scholastic system

1.2 SPECIFIC GOALS:

1.2.1. To improve work and activities which are not part of scholastic system by introducing new methods and new scholar means .

TASKS:
1. Increased work of school sports sections (volleyball, basketball, athletics, football) for pupils from 5th till 8th grade
2. Improvement in the work of drama section for pupils from 5th till 8th grade
3. Increased work in library section for pupils from 7th till 8th grade
4. Improvement and increased work with literary section for pupils from 5th till 8th grade
5. Improvement of recital section for pupils from 1st till 8th grade
6. Increased work in traffic section for pupils from 1st till 8th grade
7. Improvement in work of physics section
8. Improvement of work of Architecture and civil engineering section

1. Organizing corrective gymnastics for pupils from 1st and 2nd grade
2. Organizing a new section: Introducing sports for pupils from 3rd till 4th grade

Improving relations between participants in pedagogic – educational system
Specific goals:

1. By the process of education develop relationship between pupils
2. By the process of joint actions develop relationship between pupils and teachers

4. By the process of joint actions develop relationship between teachers
5. By the process of joint actions develop relationship between local community and school

Developing relationships between pupils by the process of education

1. Humanizing inter-gender relationships with pupils from 1st till 8th grade
2. Sport competitions for pupils from 1st till 8th grade
3. Cultural activities for pupils from 1st till 8th grade
4. Help and cooperation among pupils in school activities
5. Establishing a debate club for pupils from 6th till 8th grade
6. Establishing a Pupil’s Parliament for pupils from 6th till 8th grade
7. Through the process of toleration workshops integrate Roma children into system
8. With the help of assistants integrate the children with specific needs into normal school system for pupils from 1st till 4th grade

By the process of joint actions develop relationship between pupils and teachers

2. Culture manifestations
3. Sports and recreational activities
4. Updating the process of teaching
5. Motivating pupils in order to achieve maximum results

3. Organizing sport activities outside as a way of joint intercourse of parents, children and teachers

3. Joint manifestations (The Pumpkin Day, The Friendship Day, St. Sava’s Day )
4. Cooperation with other educational institutions (kinder garden, elementary schools, high schools, art schools )
5. Including the representatives of local community into arrangement and securing the school yard and school surrounding.
